Group Dental that Helps you

Attract and Keep Talent

Dental is one of the most popular benefits employees look for and one of the most affordable to offer. It pairs naturally with health coverage and rounds out a package at a fraction of the cost of group health. Whatever your team needs, we’ll find the group dental plan that fits.

Affordable to Add

Choose the Structure that Fits your Group

Dental Health Maintenance Organization

A network of dentists contracted to treat enrolled members. The plan pays each dentist a set amount per enrolled patient per month (capitation), though some carriers pay fee-for-service instead. Members may owe a copay on certain treatments and often pay nothing for routine exams and cleanings.

Exclusive Provider Organization

A network of dentists partnered with the carrier to deliver care at a reduced cost, with the plan covering most of the bill. It’s a closed plan, in-network only, which is how it differs from a PPO. Dentists are generally paid after services are rendered.A network of dentists partnered with the carrier to deliver care at a reduced cost, with the plan covering most of the bill. Point of Service

Lets members use a DHMO/DMO network dentist or go outside the network, decided at the time of the appointment. Out-of-network care typically costs more and can be subject to a deductible, coinsurance, usual-and-customary fees, and benefit limits.

Preferred Provider Organization

Part of a network system: dentists join to gain patients and offer lower rates to the carrier’s members in exchange for referrals. Members can choose in-network dentists or go out-of-network, though out-of-network care may mean higher fees or reduced benefits.
